Student of the MonthEach month, the Marianist Urban Student Program will honor an outstanding student at Purcell Marian for their hard work, dedicated and invested time to their academics. These are our future leaders! This month we have Jaimon'e Jones as our Student of the month. Jaimone finished the first quarter with all A's and one B "I believe Jaimon'e should be Student of the Month because she is a hardworking, respectful student who puts the work in every day to achieve her potential. Jaimon'e is a good role model for her peers, she works hard in class and she is always engaged, " said one of her teachers. Jaimon'e is not just a student at Purcell Marian. She thrives as a student ambassador and athlete for the girls basketball team. Jaimon'e plans to go to college and become an engineer. Phenomenal you are, keep up the great work Jaimon'e.

Supporting students to achieve at Marianist high schoolsThe Marianist Urban Students Program, created in 1992, identifies high-potential students in urban elementary schools and provides them with financial, academic and social support so that they can succeed at Marianist high schools.
Each year, the Marianists make it possible for students from Catholic Inner-city Schools (CISE) to receive partial tuition grants and membership in the Marianist Urban Students Program. List of CISE schools. The selection of the recipients is done by the MUSP Board of Advisors. The Board is looking for students who fulfill all of the following conditions:
